Excuses?!

So Monday has came and gone and after not quite stopping for a break for the last week I'm wrecked! I ended up shooting once again on Monday and after the joys of yet another wedding trial I couldn't move....well that was my "Jennie excuse" anyway.

NOTE TO SELF: NEVER MAKE A JENNIE EXCUSE AGAIN! 

After Mondays monstrosity of ill effort I was on top form come Tuesday Morning (insert Eye Of The Tiger Song) and although in my head I had planned a day of hard workouts and super healthy eating work once again took over! First thing I had a blushing bride followed by a shoot with some amazing talent this was to be my entire day and after avoiding calls and texts from Jennie I was nearing the end with sights of my bedroom on the horizon.... Or so I thought! 

Seemingly Jennie doesn't take excuses twice and just as I tried to spin another SHE TURNED UP GYM BAG IN HAND! Yes in true Liam Neeson fashion she had found me and she was going to kill me! 

After that cliche line was called and all was wrapped up for the day jennie proclaimed "if you can't come to BodyLab then BodyLab will come to you!"

Oh dear!

At this point I have to point out that as well as my personal trainer Jennie is also my good friend so she gave me a little time flexibility (this once) and decided that we would workout outside... Outside on top of a bloody mountain! Isn't she just fabulous.
