Ahhhhhh

God my last blog was ever so positive! Well the bitches will be happy as I bring you news of my binge fest of a weekend!

At this point I must say I didn't eat much through saturday and I ate nothing at all but a boojum on Sunday but my years old foe of less than fine wine and beer was back to bite me in the ass and bite me in the ass it did!

Saturday started great and with just a few clients in the Morning I began drinking in my super sunny garden around 2, my excuse was the sun and the fact I had planned to have dinner with friends that evening but (due to my state) the dinner didnt quite happen. Oops!

Before I knew it I was leaving a house party on Sunday Morning at 9am with a photoshoot to direct at 12 and after dancing my feet of at DSNT with added unmentionables consumed I was in no fit state to exercise that evening!

I was up bright and not so breezy yesterday though and although I felt like some hookers hangy bits I made it to Jennie at BodyLab in once piece. I must say after a super hard workout I felt great and true to form and still on target for my 1 stone in 1 month challenge I was back on it today.... Il keep you posted!

Yay!

So it's been a while since my last blog but in that time I've been up to a lot!

It's wedding season for me so I've been working away and where as I have only been to the gym a few times I'm super happy to announce that my1 stone in 1 month challenge is going super!

Yes I know when you read this blog what you really want to hear is my inevitable Jennie moan or a tale of how I've fallen off the wagon but so far this week, with temptation all around, I've been great and I'm feeling good for a messy weekend ahead! As ever you will know all by the next pre travelling post!

Have a fabulous weekend bitches!

Ouch!

Last week my 1 stone in 1 month challenge took a beating and ashamedly enough after my previous blog post I was probably the worst I've been all week! Well it was sunday and we all know diets can only start on a Monday!

I woke up on Sunday in Jennies and although you would think that waking up in your personal trainers house would be an incentive to be super good unfortunately this ment quite the opposite for me. While jenny was busy, showering, cleaning and generally being a domestic goddess I spent my morning stealing sweets from her beautiful baby girl Zoe.... Yes I was literally stealing Candy from a baby! My afternoon didnt get much better either. Still with Jennie we went shopping and after a sneaky crepe while Jennie tried on half of Armani we decided to go driving and somehow made it from The Outlet to the mourne mountains in no time.

Random I know but these days are the best believe me. What was better was the sneaky KFC I had when Jennie dropped me off later that night..... I was bad, very bad!

With the start to the week (official diet restarting time) I was, as I am every Monday, feeling confident and although I say this every week and every week I somehow crash and burn this time I can assure you I've been very well behaved!

I've so far worked my bits off with Weddings and meetings (mostly about weddings) everyday and although it has been crazy I actually got time to spend some time in BodyLab.

Tuesday killed my legs and today has murdered my arms but as Jennie say "if it's hurting it working"

It better be bloody working, i hope it will work now. It will work!

Coma :(

So this week has been productive... Not!

I've been bad, very bad but after Amsterdam and then the 12th break who could blame me? Well jennie could!

As I have written here before on Wednesday I awoke with a fresh sense of what I had to do, a determination and an aparant will to succeed but alas the start of my 1 stone in 1 month challenge didn't get off to the best of starts.

Wednesday went well enough then with just a few jobs on Thursday the boredom munch began! They say "it all started with a kiss" but in my case it started with a snickers, then a twix (single) and a can of redbull just to make sure I had had enough sugar. I had and I proceeded to fall into a..

...FOOD COMA!!

I think this actually done me alot of good! For all that food comas are not so good for the belly they are fantastically good at showing you food is sometimes not all that nice! They show you that those things that you have been craving don't really give you a fix and where as some people might stop at this finding I took it a little further. A little further to find what would and it turns out it was DRINK!

Yes my 12th, spent watching most of the known cast of Jeremey Kyle on a roadshow, was messy but with amazing friends, with great beats and in a great location it was worth it. Not the hangover but the calories that came as a consequence.

Onwards and upwards as they say.

Sun!

It's this sort of weather that really makes you think about your fitness and overall physique. Truthfully when it's all wintery and warm all I want to do is eat but when it's super sunny thankfully that awful habit is often curbed (a bit).

After a slightly shakey day on a come down yesterday I now feel as fresh as ever. Infact as I write this I do with a certain sense of determination. I've just decided I would really quite like to drop another stone in the next month. Now I'm not going to tell the world my weight but trust me with Jennie as my independent verifier... I will, or at least il really try for as long as I can. Lets see!

It's the 10th June so il be reporting back on this on the 10th August.... Watch out :)

Trippppp

So it's been a week since my last post but what a week it has been...

Last week was an entire week of work crammed into 2 or 3 days with training and other essentials like shopping being squeezed in between.

After my rather mental weekend and training on Tuesday, Wednesday had came around far too quickly! With Jennies few recipes from the night before I felt prepared and woke up to a super healthy vegetable omelette.... Yum!

Thursday (the day before Amsterdam) I had so much to do! By lunchtime I still hadn't packed, shopped, shaved, had my hair cut, got my tattoo touched up or even started to think about Jennie when my phone rang! It was her, the phone call I was dreading but at the same time the phone call I need on these days.

Jennie exclaimed "Where are you, what are you doing you excited and (the bit I was dreading) when are we training?"

I could have at this point made up some really rather elaborate "Jennie excuse" but knowing we where heading off together the next day I knew the likelihood of her getting me super drunk and the enviable truth out was very high!

I replied "whenever you want babe!", her knowing all too well she knew I was absolutely rushed off my feet and we agreed that a quick Session in BodyLab would be quite enough that week as long as I promised to walk the feet of myself and dance like nobody was watching the entire time ... I did!

Now right here, right now, with god knows who's watching, I'm not going to go into too much detail about Amsterdam but for any of you that know me I'm sure you can imagine. On the fitness front I did eat quite well and dance my feet off I did! Amsterdam was as amazing as ever. Sensation White was mind blowing, we missed our flight on Sunday enjoying our airport camping trip and got home last night! Great times with good friends are seriously so hard to beat!

Cook?

Its Tuesday the start of a hairstylist's week. I had a great "working" weekend and although the plan was to build a wardrobe on Saturday lets just say that didn't quite happen... What did happen though was a super sore head on Sunday and a lazy long day with not so much thought for the diet... Oops!

Yesterday brought me a renewed focus and although that only lasted for the first few hours until about 12 by the time I met Jennie to train I was refuelled and ready to go.

It was from this slump that I really started thinking, although I've been eating better i really should listen to BodyLab a bit more and cook up a super healthy storm in the kitchen ... If I could!

Training went well and soon after admitting to Jennie I couldn't cook unless it came in a jar she was in my kitchen showing me some super healthy quick and simple recipes.

I am now the proud owner of some basic kitchen knowledge! It turns out that thing I thought was a baby potato ricer is actually a garlic press, who would have known?!
